1.AI & LLM Specialist 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using Google Vertex AI and Gemini.

2. Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents for complex business workflows and recruitment automation.

3. Optimize prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for high-fidelity outputs.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in Python, LangChain, and Generative AI frameworks.

• Experience with cloud AI tools (Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar).

• Strong analytical mindset to build compliant, ethical, and scalable AI solutions.

2.DESIGNING / UI /UX

1. Develop intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

2. Design visually stunning UI components with a focus on 3D depth and transparency.

3. Collaborate with the AI development team to ensure seamless user journeys.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and modern design tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and high-fidelity designs.

• Passion for AI-driven interfaces.

3.Sales/ MARKETING

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage potential leads through LinkedIn and professional networks.

2. Execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals.

3. Manage client inquiries and present high-fidelity product demonstrations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Familiarity with AI trends and digital marketing tools.

• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on ethical growth.

4. Telecaller (Inside Sales & Client Relations)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct professional outbound calls to introduce premium  Projects, services   solutions to end Consumers / Clients.

2. Efficiently address inbound queries, understand Projects objectives, and align them with ideal service packages.

3. Build strong, lasting client relationships through empathetic listening and transparent guidance.

4. Maintain and accurately update lead pipelines and communication history within the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal communication, persistent active listening, and persuasive speaking skills.

• Polite, patient phone etiquette with a natural ability to connect with diverse profiles.

• Proactive, result-oriented drive to meet daily operational engagement targets while upholding absolute corporate integrity.

• Basic familiarity with data , Sales , Conversation, Etiquette, Project and trends.

4.Human Resource

Key Responsibility

1. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, utilizing our in-house AI Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

2. Foster a disciplined,  work culture focused on productivity.

3. Manage employee engagement, onboarding, and our 4-day professional work week schedule.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical judgment.

• Experience in tech recruitment or HR operations.

• Alignment with UN Transformational Governance and SDG standards.
